The French Revolution was a particularly dangerous time due to the chaos and conflict that took place on the streets of France, resulting in the mass slaughter of thousands of innocent people. Within the revolution, many people participated in resolving the conflicts that arose. One of the things that sparked the revolution was a shortage of food caused by a drought which caused bread prices to rise, as most were too poor to afford food at the new price. People began to revolt against their government in hopes of being heard and treated fairly during this time. many were still starving. Within the revolution there were figures such as George Danton, Jean Bailly and Reine Audu who contributed to the development and growth of the revolution. He wrote pamphlets insisting that the poor deserved a voice in government” (DiConsiglio. 78). felt the inequality at the time to the point where he created pamphlets in order to spread his beliefs and achieve his goals and ambitions. He did this to rally the French people and make them aware of the injustice that was happening. To many people, Maximilien Robespierre was a hero because he managed to give his people faith and hope that change and equality could happen. Maximilien Robespierre became obsessed with this passion to create equality in France and abolish segregation that he began to be revered by others and seen as a beacon of hope. “Robespierre gained a reputation as a fully dedicated revolutionary” (DiConsiglio. 45An individual who sought equal treatment for all, Maximilien Robespierre, through his good leadership, dedication, and hopes for peace, put his own life in danger in order to create and implement a system that would allow the poor to be heard, which had a huge impact on France, the world and our lives as we know them. Through good leadership, Robespierre succeeded. to control the crowds of angry men and women who were affected by the shortage of bread and the segregation that accompanied membership in the third power. Through his dedication, Robespierre was able to reach and inspire others who shared the same. same vision as him, like George Danton, Reine Audu and many others, who, individually and united, created the foundations of the revolution. Through his sense of peace and tranquility, Robespierre did his best to try to. control the damage that occurred during the revolution to avoid unnecessary death and destruction. To this day, many people do not know the importance of Robespierre and his contribution. However, if people were informed about his life and his achievements, France would experience a different
