    Sin is something that every person on earth commits, sometimes without even realizing that they are sinning. Some sins, like lying and gossiping, are things people do without even thinking twice. Other sins are much worse. People plan and know what they are doing is wrong. Sins have taken over the modern world and you can't even go a minute without seeing or committing a sin. One current event that has made the news is the trial of Jonathan Douglas Richardson. Richardson was recently convicted and sentenced to death for abusing and murdering a four-year-old girl named Teghan Skiba. His defense was that he was abused as a child and suffered from mental health issues. The deputy prosecutor said Richardson wanted people to feel bad for him and forget what he did to that little girl and that "he was blamed for everyone but himself." People in Richardson's position usually blame everyone but themselves. They blame their childhood, their victim, mental illness, or anything else that they think would keep them from going to prison or even getting a prison sentence. ...
