Steven Spielberg is undoubtedly the best director of all time! His unique films have earned him great success in the list of all-time directors. His expressive imagination makes him so unique from other directors. Blockbusters such as Jurassic Park and Saving Private Ryan helped him reach the heights. Steven Spielberg was born on December 18, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio. His parents were Arnold Spielberg and Leah Spielberg, who quickly influenced the films he would make. Surprisingly, Steven Spielberg was poor in school. However, when it came to acting, he was extremely talented. He is often interested in new filmmaking techniques, just like his father, who studied techniques to progress in the field. Steven was Jewish growing up, which would soon help him produce some of his best work. Many things, as he grew up, greatly influenced his films, such as his fears or the monsters he knew. His imagination was magnificent; he had many thought-provoking ideas. Steven's first films were home movies that he shot on his $20 8mm camera. He was experimenting with the camera, like different lighting, different angles and other techniques. It was as if he was born to film! He was soon obsessed with making films, particularly World War II-themed films. He even devoted most of his free time and money to satisfying his obsession with cinema. Along with this, he also watched a lot of movies. Thanks to this, he got introduced to cinema. These were another factor that influenced his works. By observing the films he watched, he saw different ways of filming; he experimented with a lot of things that made a film impressive, like the soundtrack. Even after that, he created Catch Me If You Can, War of the Worlds, The Terminal and another Indiana Jones film, all of which were big hits! He also created Lincoln in 2012, which was also nominated for several awards. Steven Spielberg is one of the most respected directors of all time. He has made so many great films over the years.
