    There are many questions that interested me a lot and that I would like to study in more detail, is that as humans, we all make mistakes and sometimes we don't listen to what the other person is trying to say which can be the cause of many unintentional problems. Therefore, we must always remember that when working in a team, it does not matter how trained, motivated or professional we are if human beings are involved. then errors are inevitable. We can improve situations and resolve problems using team skills and interpersonal skills such as making eye contact with team members, trying to use names, explaining procedure, explaining factors of risk, ensure protocols and ask questions to check understanding. Due to communication barriers, team members sometimes make false assumptions and misconceptions. There is a term used by Dr. Cohen in his lecture that I was very interested in called “turfs/Silos” which refers to barriers between members due to competition, this can be life threatening for members.
