Therefore, my initial marketing strategy plan would be to understand the target population. The target population consists of formerly uninsured customers who are now insured under the ACA and patients with existing prerequisites who were previously excluded from insurance coverage but are now insured. This can be a difficult group to target, as many likely do not have access to mass marketing engines such as the internet, social media and websites. Therefore, many marketing strategies will use human power, such as doctor referrals, patient experiences and testimonials, to communicate the hospital's new coverage and services, which are better than NEH's competitors . Additionally, there would be a strong emphasis on internal and external publications such as brochures, billboards and notices through mechanisms such as public transport and social services. Using multimedia mediums such as radio stations and television advertisements would be another means of marketing.
