RecommendationsHuman resource development includes three basic strategies: deployment of human resources; development of human resources through training and education; provide appropriate incentives to ensure it is deployed productively. Employee training and development should be an important part of the human resource management strategy. In some countries, there are still gender inequalities and unfavorable opportunities for women in training and education.Human Resource Management | Project report10 | P ag eThus, organizations should play an important role in creating awareness about human resource development and should plan for advancement from one level to another in the economy. Demographic trends and their various implications in the current scenario of the global economy and particularly the Indian economy was discussed at macro and micro levels. The problems faced in human resource development were discussed in detail. Based on the analysis of various demographic trends and study of various reports, the following strategies and action plans are suggested at the national policy level as well as at the industry and organizational level . There is a growing awareness that these two streams are interdependent and that the growth of each depends on the other. Attempts have been made to integrate the processes, but with little success. The real objective of HRD activities lies in the development of human capital. HRD policies at the national level should bring human capital into the country while at the micro level (organizational level), policies should bring human capital capable of achieving the targeted organizational goals. This excessive focus on technical skills and little attention paid to soft skills should be addressed to operate a healthy environment in the company. Conclusion Changing demographic trends have brought many new challenges to human resource management. How these challenges are addressed will determine the future growth of the economy. From the Indian perspective, HRD practices are the most important, as most of the world's human capital will come from India in the coming decades. The economic growth of the country will be propelled by this human capital if the various problems and challenges faced are properly addressed at the micro and macro levels. The focus on these two aspects will remain focused on human capital development and thus propel economic development.
