This is how an organization could use the Earned Value Management (EVM) system for effective integration of these critical measures. I used my extensive knowledge of EVM in performance management and setting up KPIs to propose and develop this method for Atlas and AECOM, where the benefit realized was a significant improvement in performance timing, cost and scope. For example, through the use of this method at Atlas, the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) improved by 35% and 20%
