    BioServer Systems Selection ProcessBioServer Systems (BSS) provides secure web server space to its customers. The company is young but has grown exponentially thanks to its revolutionary encryption technology, sought after by many companies, particularly to attract certain government clients. Stanley Jausneister owns the company and has been able to capitalize on his network of pharmaceutical contacts that he accumulated during his former career in this sector. A long-time client recently had to fire one of their employees for trying to sell pharmaceutical crops to someone overseas. The customer realized that not only was he having issues with his background checks, but he contacted Stanley to see if BSS was in fact performing valid background checks. An analysis of the BSS interview process and subsequent background testing will be reviewed. The background tests recommended for BSSBSS have many customers who have access to data that could affect the national security of the United States. Their clients have access to crops of potential bioterrorist weapons, including plague and anthrax. When hiring for a new position, all applicants must complete a blank application which is submitted with their resume. The blank application and resume will reveal any discrepancies in the application. Since the data stored on their servers must be secure at all times, a consumer credit check must be performed as well as a criminal background check.
