I really enjoyed reading the book. I never thought about life after death. The author beautifully described people's experiences of near death experiences which I initially thought were false, but many similar stories made me think about it. I had surgery when I was 11 years old. I remembered this moment. The nurse gave me three injections to make me lose consciousness but seeing that I started to cry. But when the third injection started to take effect, I started to want to go to a hallway. It was like going upstairs and it was like a body was floating. I don't remember where I was going at that time and the operation was over and I was surprised to hear that I was crying throughout the operation. So, while reading the book Life After Life, I understood that my soul was leaving the body for a while because my physical body was crying and my soul was in a hallway somewhere heading upstairs. The book doesn't exactly prove that we have an afterlife, but it somehow connects people's experience to our old saying about famous people and
