The production team is proud to announce that we have finally reached the end of the Junior Achievement year. This year has been full of trials and tribulations, ups and downs, and filled with many successes and failures. From our first meeting on September 18 to our last official meeting on April 28, many of our goals have been exceeded through the vision of striving for higher achievements. Each quarter of the 2001-2002 junior success year presented us with new obstacles to overcome. From the rush of our first quarter to the unexpected conclusion of the fourth quarter, we never imagined the year would pass so quickly. For the first quarter of our Junior Achievement year, JA was a new experience for almost all students. It was during our first quarter that the production team was appointed, so we immediately started thinking about what goods or services we could produce. After a lot of judging on different items, we finally found some scented and multi-colored gel pens. We then looked into creating personalized business cards for high school students, which turned out to be a bigger success than expected. With the dramatic impact our products had on the market, our sales were aimed at number one on the list and we decided then and there that we were not going to let anyone overtake us. When the second quarter began on November 6, the production team really transformed. in a disaster. Our Vice President at the time started to feel a little stressed about the Junior Success Program and got fed up to the point that she decided to resign. All that was left was to replace her and make sure Full Hundred got back up and everything was okay. With the new production team now elected, we have tried our best to come up with new products for our second quarter to keep our sales on top. and no other company would surpass us. As Christmas is fast approaching, we have decided to make this our main market and sell mainly Christmas items..
