I expect to become a professional social worker or take charge of policy development for disadvantaged communities in China. Specifically, I would like to pursue social work with children, in which I have the experiences mentioned above. As for me, it is not desirable to see children being treated differently because of their particular characteristics such as the color of their skin and the challenges they go through. As a result, I would treat every child the same. They need a better way to get them to maintain their physical and mental health and validate their own self-worth. More importantly, I believe it is necessary to respect and protect children's rights, promote the quality of social work services for children's development, so as to better cultivate talents with strong personality for the future. To a certain extent, miners are the future and hope of a nation, and their conditions directly determine the development and development of the country.
