Exxon Mobil Corporation was incorporated in the State of New Jersey in 1882. Mr. Rex W. Tillerson is the current CEO, Director and President of ExxonMobil Corporation. He was named Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2006. According to the Form 10-K Annual Report, Mr. Tillerson continues to hold these positions. The nature of Exxon Mobil's business is "energy, involving the exploration, formation and production of crude oil and natural gas, the manufacturing of petroleum products and the transportation and sale of natural oil, fuel and lubricants. Exxon Mobil is also a leading manufacturer and marketer of commodity petrochemicals, including olefins, aromatics, polyethylene and polypropylene plastics, and a wide variety of specialty products. ExxonMobil's principal products and services are the production and sale of fuels ranging from diesel, gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for commercial and industrial applications; passenger, commercial, marine, aeronautical and industrial lubricants, signum oil analysis; basic stocks and specialized products. The company is also known for having many branches and affiliates such as ExxonMobil, Exxon, Esso and Mobil which mainly market products in the United States and other countries.
