Original WritingI would first like to congratulate you on your success here. The dean needed effective guidance and you guided him in the right direction to succeed. Many teachers tried to turn the school into a success, but all failed except you who renamed the school and are currently reaching the highest potential of the bridge students. The Deane was on the verge of failure, but now the Ladybridge is at the pinnacle of success. What hard work it must have been to turn the school into a success. At Deane there were a lot of negatives, one of them was the bad behavior that took over the students and they started doing it every day at school. When Deane School was in operation, attendance was 83%. 11% were unauthorized absences and 6% were authorized absences. The behavior of the students at the old dean school was sometimes acceptable but most of the time uncontrollable. The problem was that the teachers could not control the students in the classroom and the students had no respect for the teachers. This wasn't all students, just a fairly large percentage of students who couldn't perform well for a school. This must have shocked you, because I have already stated that transforming the school was going to be difficult. Another negative aspect of Deane's school was the number of substitute teachers who filled in for teachers who were on sick leave or who had left due to illness. the fact that they had had enough or were offered a better job at another school. There were 15 to 20 substitute teachers at the Deaneschool and only a few permanent teachers for one school.
