SUMMARY The objective of this report is to explain to Mr. John Doe the importance of implementing the management process (BPM) in his company Platinum concepts Pty ltd. This report provides details of the current business process using a simple AS IS diagram. Furthermore, it analyzes the problems that the company is facing at the current stage. The main findings showed that most of the work is done manually and there is no use of automation machines or electronics. This report provides the proposed solution to the problems by explaining the need for computerization of business processes and implementation of ERP system in the company. Before considering this process, a few elements must be checked such as cost estimation, training of the employee by professionals. Finally, this report recommends Jim to introduce ERP system in the business process and effective marketing strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the market. For example, BPM software can easily take care of a missing product or guide an employee through the steps to resolve why an order hasn't arrived.
