This is due to being fresh out of the academy and not having a plethora of actual police experience . I am working hard to rid myself of these traits by trying to throw myself into as many different scenarios as possible and communicating as much as possible with the campus community. I strive to make myself more comfortable, inviting and comfortable in my position as a police officer.
