The first goal is by period 7, our shoe can reach version 5. Our mission statement says we have the best shoe in the industry and I want shoes at Bauer Inc. to be one of the highest versions, if not the highest, of the competition. The second objective is by period 7, to have 14% foreign market share. Our mission statement says that we have the best sports shoes in the world, which would include the foreign market and having the largest foreign market share would show that our shoes are the best in the world. The third objective is by period 6 to achieve customer satisfaction of. We want customers to be satisfied with our shoes and the best way to know that our shoes are up to their standards is to know the level of customer satisfaction with our shoes. The fourth objective is to have a return on sales greater than 25% by period 7. One of Bauer Inc.'s weaknesses is that its return on sales was negative during periods -1 and 0 and I want to turn this weakness into a strength going forward. In period -1 the return on sales was -26% and I believe that by period 7 we will be able to reverse the trend.
