Leadership and management development (LMD) has attracted much interest from academics and practitioners. .Pfeffer (2010) suggests that around 60% of all companies offer leadership or manager training. Although there are significant differences in reporting LMD spending, it is assumed that LMD represents a $250 billion global industry (Science Encyclopaedia 2010). Currently, every organization must develop an organizational strategy that will lead it to create, implement and evaluate decisions within the organization to enable it to achieve its long-term goals. Organizational strategy is in the middle of the document, the competitiveness of organizations and the delivery of programs that people will pay for, but combined with this are a number of quite diverse philosophical perspectives on the role of management and leadership within organization and the best way to develop them. From a review of the literature, Yukl proposes that the conditions for successful leadership training include: clear learning objectives: clear and meaningful content, appropriate sequencing of content, appropriate combination of training methods , an opportunity to put it into practice. , relevant and timely feedback, high self-confidence of the trainee and appropriate follow-up activities. Thus, a well-considered approach that clearly articulates how particular interventions will impact management and leadership capacity and, in turn, influence individual and organizational performance, is most likely to produce effective results...
