The idea of a hero can be seen in different ways. People are usually defined as heroes because of their personal experiences or achievements. But I think real heroes are just ordinary people trying to do what's right. A hero is someone who is determined to do what is right, no matter the cost, someone who is selfless in difficult situations. The two people in my life that I consider heroes are Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and my mother Anne Mozingo. My mother is my hero because, at a very young age, my father died suddenly of a brain aneurysm when I was one year old. aged one and a half years. Over the years she has provided for me as a single mother and I am extremely grateful to her. I understand the struggles she had to go through as a single mother, but she did everything in her power to make my life as wonderful as possible, from going to Bali and experiencing the culture to me. send to a very nice private school. She provided me with everything I needed when I was little and she also did her best to give me the things I wanted in addition to the things I needed. I feel lucky to be her son and extremely grateful for all the love and gifts she has given me. One of the most important characteristics of a hero is kindness and that completely explains my mother. I was about ten years old when I realized what a hero my mother was. I began to understand that all the consequences and disciplinary actions given to me were not that she was trying to be mean, but that she was teaching me life lessons and simple skills. I remember a time around seven or eight when I threw a huge tantrum about bedtime. Being the hero that my mother is, she made me go to bed at eight, regardless of my excuse. At the time I thought......... middle of paper...... than giving each of their students a fair and quality education. As I grow up, I hope to see more progress toward equality and fairness for all, and fewer instances of racism in sports and people paying unfair wages to women. My mother is the most influential woman in my life. I feel lucky to have been born as his son. She is always there for me and I feel like there is no one I care about other than my mother. Luckily, we had Martin Luther King, Jr. and Anne Mozingo who inspired us, made us happy, and made our world a better place. Works Cited “English Online”. Martin Luther King. Np, and Web.
