A friend kills another. Speeches are presented. A war breaks out. It is the story of Julius Caesar, the emperor of Rome who was killed by Brutus and a group of conspirators. Many argue that Brutus was a patriot, and many argue that he was a traitor. People claim that he was a traitor because he betrayed Caesar's trust and gave a speech against him. However, when you think about Caesar's personality, arrogant and slightly reckless, he could have made bad decisions and caused a lot of trouble for Rome. Brutus was a patriot for Rome since he did what was best for the country and even committed suicide instead of fleeing. He put his own feelings aside to do what was right. However, people argue that the things Brutus did were wrong, such as betraying Caesar's trust. Betraying someone's trust isn't always the best thing to do, but Brutus knew what he was doing was right, so he had to do things like abandon Caesar and his trust.
