    To provide quality service, both organizations find the right employees. Employees are the face of the organization. “Employees are also social networks considered as sources of information about the company as a whole” (Nagle, 2013). Hard Rock and Disney are staffed by highly qualified personnel who fit the company culture. The people Hard Rock hires are very different from the people Disney hires. Disney and Hard Rock have different appearance requirements. Hard Rock is looking for employees who love the rock lifestyle and Disney is looking for employees who reflect the communities they serve and believe that "their employees reflect the communities we serve, this improves the way we connect with our guests, our audience and our consumers. Together, we work toward an inclusive environment that fosters creativity, innovation and camaraderie across all of our businesses” (“Culture&Diversity,” 2016). Both strategies make sense for each company's target market. Consumers who go to Hard Rock still adhere to the rock and roll life and like tattoos and piercings. Disney guest prefers cleaner staff.
