This pivotal period in his life led him to begin the journey home to his Lord and Creator. He begins to meet a man named Ambrose who convinces Augustine that the Bible may be more rational and valuable than he once thought. Under the mentorship of Ambroise, Augustine begins to question his faith and return to his Catholic religion.
