Daily Motivation: The Truth About No Excuses Hey ladies, I hope you're having a fantastic day doing the things you want to do today and enjoy your day if so. It's a fun day, or if you're working, I hope you accomplish the things you set out to do today. No excuses are easy to sayToday I want to talk about no excuses. Yes, it's easy to say, we have a #noexcusesnevergiveup but the truth is we often make excuses about the things we want to do or the goals we set for ourselves or the things we want to accomplish. And the reality is maybe we think we're giving an excuse to someone we may have made a promise to, but the real person suffering is ourselves. Breaking our promises with an excuse We promised ourselves we would do this. something and we break responsibility and trust in ourselves when we don't pursue that goal or what we set out to do. Do you really trust yourself? If you set many goals for your progress and made excuses and didn't achieve those goals, do you really have confidence in yourself? How much do you trust yourself today? We can deceive others, we can deceive ourselves, but we can't really deceive ourselves unconsciously. know in fact that we have not achieved this goal, what we had planned and accomplished what we set out to do. It’s good that we did it; we all make excuses, we have all failed, and the good thing about failure is that it gives us something to learn. Learn from your failures. I hope we learn from our experience or gain something even when we fail. Today I want to talk about stopping making excuses. How come we find excuses...... middle of paper ...... achieve that goal, pursue it and feel really good about achieving that goal and keeping that responsibility with you- even and build trust from there. It's all about building trust that you're going to follow through and do the things you tell yourself you're going to do. That’s really what no excuses are. In the end, it doesn't really matter. what others think of you, the things you told others you were going to do: "I'm going to lose 10 pounds this month." They really don't care. It's great yes, and they will encourage you, but it's really important to keep the promises you made to yourself. This is the big takeaway for today; set a goal even if it's small, follow it and make yourself believe that you're going to do what you said you were going to do.
