Have you ever wondered why teenagers commit suicide? Teen suicide is caused by abuse, depression and bullying. Teen suicide can occur due to a change in their life that can cause them a lot of stress. Teen suicide occurs among adolescents between the ages of ten and eighteen. Teen suicide leads to family problems, loss of a family member, and depression within the family. There are many effects of teen suicide, but one of the biggest effects is family problems. Teen suicide can often lead to family problems. For example, when adolescents face changes in their lives, they may begin to think about suicide, which can cause parents to fall into depression and think that they committed suicide because they were not not good parents. The breakdown of the traditional family, the change in school climate, the media factor and the increase in the number of children with diagnosable mental disorders are various causes of adolescent suicide (Zeilstra, 1434). Another example is that family members do not know why the teenagers would have committed suicide and how they can prevent someone from committing suicide.
