It should not be used to reduce the employee's level of motivation but seek to increase it. Maintaining a healthy working atmosphere is an essential role for the human resource management department because the performance of the individual is important and depends on the working atmosphere. There are three main factors in creating a healthy work atmosphere (healthy living practices, workspace culture, and physical environment). There must be a positive work environment where respect and a sense of belonging allow employees to fully use their talents. Maintaining a healthy workspace is not only the responsibility of the HRM, but also of the employees whose primary roles include a healthy lifestyle and workplace.
