    Nowadays, people don't get enough exercise because they live a busy life. Additionally, people don't eat a lot to lose weight. The human body needs real amounts of nutrients and stretching. This article focuses on why adolescents begin to avoid osteoporosis. Young people can prepare for their future. Health is the most important thing in people's lives. Even if people seem to have a lot of money, they cannot avoid getting old. People cannot avoid aging, but they can prepare themselves to age slowly. This article shows what osteoporosis is, how it causes and how to reduce its incidence rate. How to Avoid Osteoporosis Teenagers need to be aware of osteoporosis for their future. People get more diseases as they get older. Humans are like machines in the sense that machine components often need to be repaired. Also, the joint that the metals join together should be put in glycerin to prevent abrasion.
