    Analysis of Data and ResultsThe report presents and analyzes the data collected for the study on Teaching English Learners. Two questions formed the basis of this research.Analysis of the research questions:1. Are teachers exhausting all resources to help English learners?2. Are teachers prepared to teach English learners in schools? Research Question 1 Does teaching exhaust all sources to help English language learners? Teachers' attitudes towards English language learners' learning vary and this is a potential factor that can seriously hinder students' full development. Figure 1 shows the preferred model for teaching English to learners in the classroom. Figure 1. Perhaps teachers decide to use the pull-out model, which involves forming small groups of students and teaching them, rather than the push-in model. , which includes students in the content area material. Indeed, sometimes teachers did not know how to plan them because the content area teacher did not provide them with the materials needed to teach ESL students. Therefore, collaboration between teachers can help students keep pace with their English-speaking peers; in this way, ESL students can succeed. Table 1 shows a survey conducted by English teachers with students of other languages. Table 1. TESOL – perceptions about collaboration From Table 1 we can get an idea of ​​the attitudes aimed at actually helping learners of English by all means. Some teachers indicated that when they find collaboration fun and it lightens their workload; however, more than half (56%) of content teachers did not find the collaborations useful for them or students....... middle of article...... nevertheless, the Teachers should try to collaborate with each other and fully engage in the idea of ​​meeting the needs of students in the classrooms. Recommendations The study revealed the attitudes and perceptions of teachers towards learning of students learning English. However, the results obtained from the survey come from a small sample group and are located in a particular region of the United States. Some recommendations include involving a larger sample of teachers to determine whether they are interested in collaborating with other teachers to improve English language learners' learning. Additionally, this study can be carried out in individual schools and compare students' academic performance at the end of the school year. A collaborative study can be evaluated at school and then compare student development at the end of the year..
