The qualities that make a good leader are as varied as the people who occupy leadership roles. Some leaders are not extremely dynamic but get the best out of people, while others seem too carefree to be taken seriously. So what makes leaders who they are? A personal leadership philosophy is that distinctive trait that every leader possesses. These leadership characteristics and behaviors will be explored in the following text, along with what I believe to be the best path forward as I work to develop my own personal philosophy of leadership.
