    Psychopaths literally feel nothing when it comes to violence or fear. Levy's studies show that the emotional sectors of the brain are damaged. This makes them dangerous. They can't see that something is hurting them or that they are hurting someone. In light of the different descriptions of an unstable person, Iago is a psychopath with his manipulative choice of words. He tells people things they want to hear and he says it in a way that makes him sound exceptional. “I humbly beg your forgiveness for having loved you too much.” (3.3.106) In act three, Iago claims to be Othello's confidant and he wants Othello to suspect that his wife is having an affair. Iago maintains a pseudo relationship with Othello throughout the duration of the play. Iago tells Roderigo that he can make Desdemona fall in love with him for a "small fee". Iago used Roderigo to make money. Iago also told Roderigo that Cassio was talking to Desdemona. Roderigo did not approve and Iago persuaded him to fight Cassio.
